Conclusion

In the very beginning of the semester, we have learned the basic differences between IS and IT. We also discovered about the competitive strategies used in different companies, as our store uses differentiation strategy industry wide.  As a team of five different people, we learned how to collaborate and help each other in order to complete this project.

We have also learned the Michael Porter's Five force model and how to apply it to different scenarios of different companies.  Even though we knew about popular social networks like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, we did not know that they are also called Structured Process in the Technology world.  The most important lesson we have gained in this course is the importance of MIS (Management Information System) in today's work environment.
