Recommendation to Papa Johns Pizza

First of all, we recommend Papa Johns to have a hardware upgrade because many of the computers in the store are very old; they are currently running on the old version of Windows.  Just like the new stores have upgraded their Delivery Dispatch System, they should upgrade their other computers in the stores as well. The solution for this problem will be to get the upgrade of the computer to new enterprise desktop machines or laptops and also get the latest version of windows that will generate speed and available memory for the business. Even though Papa Johns is planning to upgrade their hardware soon, we recommend they do it as soon as possible as their competitors are very high on the game. 

Secondly, Papa John's should focus more on improving their customer service.  As pizza business has high threat of rivalry and substitute it is very important to have a high CSC (Customer Service Compliance). The solution to this problem is proper training of the employees and managers. Papa John's should come up with a program that will train their employees on how to deal with the employees. Even though they have Ulearn which trains them only on how to make new pizzas and clean the store but unfortunately not so much on how to deal with angry customers. Another program that focuses only on Proper customer service would help Papa Johns in making greater profits.
